Job Responsibilities: As an Accounts Receivable Manager on our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 1-3 members as they analyze, research, and resolve customer balances owed in order to ensure quality, resolve errors, and provide strategic solutions. You will be required to handle customer and employee concerns as well as manage the entire billing and collections process. You will report directly to our Controller.

Additional responsibilities include:

Developing a solid understanding of InsideSales’ process in order to strategically review and analyze Accounts Receivable functions.
Oversee the collection and application of cash, as well as monitoring and measuring appropriate benchmarks including target Days Sales Outstanding and target AR aging goals.
Prepare and analyze reports to help identify trends, implement continuous quality improvement initiatives, and identify and provide on-going training opportunities for those you manage
Provide second tier review on advanced and escalated AR issues to a satisfactory resolution
Flag any client issues or problems on an individual or pervasive basis to management as appropriate.
Successful candidates for the Accounts Receivable Manager role should have strong analytic skills, the ability to conduct research and creatively solve problems while dealing with some ambiguity. Someone who is an independent, logical, strategic thinker with a high focus and attention to detail would be a good fit for this dynamic management role.

Additional requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years experience
Experience managing staff
Netsuite experience preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills and presentation style
